Who is Haavi Custom for?
Organisations and networks where at least five people use Haavi and who want the tool under their own brand, at their own address or connected to their own systems. For smaller teams, Pro is usually the right choice.
What does Haavi Custom cost?
Pricing is tailored to the number of users, the license types and the integrations. View-only seats are priced below full users. Request a quote and you will get an itemised price.
Can we start with Pro and move to Custom later?
Yes. Search profiles, tracking and chats carry over as they are. The brand and address are switched on without downtime.
What does an own address mean in practice?
Your workspace runs at an address of the form company.haavi.ai, and email notifications go out in your name. Haavi handles hosting, updates and security as in every other plan.
Where is the data processed?
In the EU, as in every Haavi plan: the database in Stockholm, the application in Dublin and AI processing within the EU. The security page has the details.
Is there a commitment period for Haavi Custom?
Haavi Custom starts with a six-month pilot, after which you decide whether to continue. During the pilot, your brand, address, licenses and the agreed integrations are fully in use, so the decision rests on real usage. In the follow-on agreement, Haavi Custom pricing is locked for one year at a time. If you want to get to know Haavi first without a contract, the Starter and Pro plans come with a free 14-day trial, no credit card needed.
